Lines are there for a reason. Parking spaces are allocated for each vehicle, and all you need to do is watch the lines. It is not uncommon to see drives which could not be bothered to park correctly and instead take up more space or slot than needed. - Be Early
You know it takes time to park your car, so you need to adjust your schedule. Drivers get impatient when waiting for a spot because they are going to be late. And whose fault is it now? It certainly isn't the driver taking his precious time pulling out from the spot or the driver who seems to be lost.
